Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
